If this is your first time using the website: 

1. Click "Sign Up" in the top right of the screen. 

2. Then, click "Animal Owner/Agent". 

3. Enter your email address and a new password. Note: your email address must match the one on file with us. To change your email on file contact our office. 

4. Click "Register". 

5. Follow the prompts on the next screen, which includes opening the email sent to you by globalvetlink, and clicking on the link to log in to your new account. 

6. From here, you can see the animals in your account and print certificates at any time.

If you already have an account with Globalvetlink:

1. Click "Log In" at the top right of the screen.

2. Enter your email and password, then click "Log in". If you are having trouble logging in, or can't remember your username/password, click "Having trouble logging in?"

3. Once logged in, you can view your animals and their certificates using the links on the left. To view, save, and/or print your certificate, click "Documents". 

4. Click the "PDF" icon on the left next to the appropriate animal. The document will appear in your downloads folder.
